The Music and Performing Arts (MPA) Institute 5th Annual Heritage Music Festival is billed as "a celebration of diverse musical traditions and cultural heritage." Performances by Ray Drummond and the Excursion All-Star Band, Babatunde Lea Quintet, and the CSUMB Jazz Band directed by Paul Contos are highlights of the April 26 festival at the World Theater.
